It can be a little difficult to read the recipes on the photos (you have to have them in full size on the screen), but my God, the Photos are beautiful. Photo: Erin Gleeson/The Forest Feast

Okay, so one last thing before I go on holiday ….
It is a link to great food-blog, created by American photographer Erin Gleeson.
She worked for many years in New York City as a food-photographed for magazines and on cookbooks and has worked with top writers and top chefs.
But in the summer of 2011, this husband Jonathan’s new job prompted a move to Northern California (just south of San Francisco) where they have moved into a lovely cabin in the woods.
As with so much other food-stuff, it’s my good friend, Anne in California, who has made me aware of Erin’s blog. It was a strawberry salad that caught Annes attention 🙂 Thanks for the tip, Anne!
Erin now blogs about food, is working on a cookbook to be published in spring 2014 – and works as a freelance photographer.
The blog is pretty amazing, I think – it is all in English, but the recipes are fairly simple and pretty easy to Work by. Welcoming and delicious.
However, it is the images – the photographs – that is “to die for”. And they are a good example of how to raise a blog to the skies if you’re a creative soul with both talent and heart for what you do.
Try to check her blog out …. but do not forget mine 🙂
